What is Emotional Freedom Technique?

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is similar to Acupuncture. Where acupuncture uses needles to stimulate meridian or energy points. In EFT you tap on those points gently to restore balance to your body’s energy.

The tapping helps you access your body’s energy and send signals to the part of the brain that control stress. Stimulating the meridian points through EFT tapping can reduce the stress or negative emotion you feel from your issue, ultimately restoring balance to your disrupted energy.

When balance is restored, symptoms of negative emotions are trauma are relieved.

How can EFT benefit me?

EFT is clinically proven to eliminate stress, negative emotions, cravings, fears and phobias, pain and even limiting beliefs. You can turn to EFT for a transformation in any area of your life.

Does EFT tapping work?

EFT has been used to effectively treat war veterans and active military with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). In a 2013 study, researchers studied the impact of EFT tapping on veterans with PTSD against those receiving standard care.

Within a month, participants receiving EFT coaching sessions had significantly reduced their psychological stress. In addition, more than half of the EFT test group no longer fit the criteria for PTSD.

What is Inner Child Matrix?

Inner Child matrix addresses the root of the trauma directly and addresses the point where fear, anger, feeling unloved, powerless were first felt. It addresses the past version of you, providing support right at the point of origin. Used effectively it can heal long standing issues like allergies, infertility, sexual abuse, accident trauma, grief, divorce, domestic violence, powerlessness, helplessness, non-acceptance, anger, fears and creates a space for unconditional love, happiness and contentment.

Working with the Inner Child, can be powerful transmuting long held pain. It can be used to bring about change in behaviour including:

What is NLP?

Neuro – linguistic programming is an approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in California, United States in the 1970s.

NLP improves self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and social actions (especially much improved communicational skills).

NLP is a set of tools and techniques, but it is so much more than that. It’s an attitude and a methodology of knowing how to achieve your goals and get results. It modifies your behaviour and sets it up for success. Through this program you are working on self-improvement, self-management, confidence and interpersonal communication.

NLP’s popularity has grown rapidly within the coaching and therapy fields and is frequently referred to the “instruction manual for your mind” as it focuses on ‘how’ you do things and the way you store your experiences in your mind. By understanding how you create your experiences we can then choose to enhance or change them to bring about positive changes as well as modelling others that already excel in the area you wish to change.

NLP is used to treat fears and phobias, anxiety, poor self-esteem, stress, post-traumatic stress disorder, and overall reduced quality of life due to various psychological issues.

How does it work?

Many times, the unconscious, prepressed memories hold key to your current reactions. Using NLP, you can come to the state where the past is no longer your master, but you are in charge. You can make powerful changes in your behaviour and craft a new empowered life no matter what your experience has been in the past. What is Reiki?

Our bodies have amazingly sophisticated and intelligent processes to heal, repair and maintain itself in excellent health and well-being. Research shows that 98 percent of the cells in your body are replaced in within the year, so you are essentially given a new body each birthday.

What then disturbs the ability of the body to continue to repair, heal itself to its original state of perfection. What interrupts, causes disturbances and impacts our bodies ability to repair and maintain itself?

From an energetic perspective, if you for a moment consider that your mind and body are ONE, you will be able to see how your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, diet and environment have a direct impact on your energetic system.

Negative thoughts lodge into the energetic system and cause energetic imbalances. The mental negative thought that you have and build upon, creates patterns that throws your energy system out of balance.

Likewise, when suppressed emotions get stored in the body and it creates negative energy blocks, which eventually lead to disease and ill health. Pain is nothing but the body’s way of communicating that something that we are doing is no longer working.

So how does Reiki help? Reiki when channeled by the practitioner and beamed into an area, releases disturbing thoughts, feelings and emotions and brings the whole body back into balance.

During a Treatment Session

During a One – On – One session, Reiki (Source Energy) is channelled by the practitioner into the body of the client, removing blockages and disturbances. Reiki energy/ Source energy breaks the blocks and raises the vibrations in the area it is directed to. The practitioner may become aware of the root cause of the problem and may be able to guide the client towards more healthy ways of thinking, feeling and expressing oneself.

Repeated sessions may allow the energetic body to fully re-balance itself and start the process of returning the body to the optimal health.
